The Family Table Teaching Kitchen
Welcome to The Family Table Teaching Kitchen! Here we are all about hands on learning through cooking healthy, simple, affordable, and tasty meals and snacks. We have a selection of free classes open to the public as well as classes for various community groups and programs. In all our classes we have a lesson on how to care for your body by eating well, a hands on recipe, and a time of eating and fellowshipping together. We have a great group of teachers who are Registered Dietitians, nutrition students, and trained nutrition education staff. Our hope is that our classes can help our audience understand more about how to eat well for your body to prevent and treat chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and more.
