Festival of Trees Live Auction is December 13th - 7:00 PM

The Salvation Army is pleased to announce that our 17th annual Festival of Trees will be held November 25th - December 13th, 2019 at the Lycoming Mall. The three week event and live auction, sponsored by Backyard Broadcasting, Lycoming Mall, & Roan Real Estate, will spotlight up to 50 area businesses. We would like to invite you and your organization to participate in this year's festival, one of our most popular events!

An entry in the Festival of Trees is a great way to promote your business to the community. The Salvation Army will provide your company or group with a 6 1/2 foot tree and signage. You provide the decorations along with incentives of your choice. The tree and its incentives will be auctioned to the public by Mike Roan on December 13th at the Lycoming Mall beginning at 7:00PM. Your company or organization's name and tree will be seen by tens of thousands of people shopping at the Lycoming Mall. The event will be promoted on five radio stations, on banners, flyers and social media as well as featured articles in the Williamsport Sun-Gazette and the Webb Weekly!

The Festival of Trees is a fundraiser to support the programs offered to the local community by The Salvation Army. During the three weeks that the trees will be on display at the Lycoming Mall, the public will vote for their favorite tree by donation $1 per vote either at the tree itself, the business, or online via the VOTE/DONATE button above. The group earning the most votes will receive the "People's Choice" award. Then at the live auction, the tree that raises the most money will receive the "Best Overall Tree" award.

The entrance fee or $50 is due by November 1st. If registering via the REGISTER button above, the entrance fee will be paid immediately. All proceeds will benefit The Salvation Army's on-going programs. (Entry form and a listing of incentive(s) are due by November 8th.)
