All children in the community are invited to participate in our youth center programs. Sports leagues, after-school learning centers, arts and recreation give children an opportunity to build character as well as physical strength. We offer educational and recreational programs to children ages 6 – 15 years old through a wide variety of after-school and summer programming.
Learning is the key to unlocking the possibilities inherent in every young life. But on the streets of too many neighborhoods, a child’s inherent love of learning is too often obscured by realities such as hunger and violence.
Providing services that help nurture the love of learning are among the highest priorities of The Salvation Army. Through our Corps Community Centers and other facilities, we provide a positive, stimulating environment in which to learn and a wide range of educational opportunities for children of all ages.
A membership gives you access to all of the activities, programs, and classes that take place in our gymnasium. It also gives you access to our computer lab and game room which consists of air hockey, foosball, billiards, a Nintendo Wii, and more. A small $10.00 fee will cover the cost of a yearly community center membership. Don’t delay, sign up today! To register, simply print and complete a MEMBERSHIP FORM.
*Please note, all members who are twelve years old or younger MUST be picked up from the facility*
