Providing much needed assistance during the holiday season

Every year, parents must choose between giving their children gifts or paying bills. Individuals facing poverty often spend the holidays without the warmth of a shared meal or even a support system.

The holidays can bring added financial and emotional stress to families and individuals living in poverty. From gifts for children in need to special meals for those who would otherwise go without fellowship on the holidays and meeting other basic needs - we aim to bring joy back into the season.

The Salvation Army helps to make
the holidays brighter:

Angel Tree

Every child deserves to experience the joy of Christmas morning. The Salvation Army Angel Tree program helps provide Christmas gifts for hundreds of children in our community. For more information on our Angel Tree program, contact Candi Miller at candi.miller@use.salvationarmy.org.

Red Kettle

The Annual Red Kettle is our biggest fundraising event. We are always seeking volunteers and groups to ring bells at our iconic red kettles. For more information on our Red Kettle program, contact Tammy Ems at tammy.ems@use.salvationarmy.org.

Holiday Meals
