Seasonal Volunteering

Some activities of The Salvation Army are seasonal. As we progress through the year, there are many ways to provide specifically focused service in accordance with the needs of the season.

You may volunteer to be a bell ringer at one of our many Red Kettles during the Christmas season. You may also help to prepare food for special dinners or services during Easter, Thanksgiving, or Christmas. Perhaps you would prefer to connect with hospitalized children and immobilized adults and brighten their days with cards and activities during the Christmas season. Or you may choose instead to help The Salvation Army equip disadvantaged children with the materials they will need to go back to school each fall.

Whatever your preference, there are many seasonally meaningful ways to help out throughout the year.
